How to Reach Us
DURING BUSINESS HOURS
Our office hours are:
Monday-Thursday: 9am-5pm, Friday: 9am-3pm.
Our team works to answer calls promptly and connect you with the appropriate staff member who can best assist you.
Depending on the nature of your call, you may be directed to:
• New patient coordination
• Clinical staff for medical questions
• Scheduling assistance for appointments or procedures
• Billing support
• Office administration
If your concern requires medical judgment, our staff will relay your message to your provider so the appropriate guidance can be given.
EMAIL COMMUNICATION
For non-urgent questions, you may also contact our office by email: messages@bonleven.com
Emails are reviewed during normal business hours and are typically answered on the next business day.
Please note that email should not be used for urgent medical concerns.
VOICEMAIL & RETURN CALL POLICY
If we are unable to answer your call, please leave a voicemail including:
• Your name
• The best phone number to reach you
• The reason for your call
Our response times are as follows:
Calls received before 2:00 PM
We will make every effort to return your call within 4 business hours.
Calls received after 2:00 PM
Your call may be returned the next business day.
These timeframes allow our team to review messages carefully and ensure your concerns are addressed appropriately.
AFTER-HOURS COMMUNICATIONS & EMERGENCIES
Outside of normal office hours, you may leave a message through our after-hours answering service. Our team will return your call on the next business day. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Our phone and email systems are not monitored continuously and should not be used for emergencies.
